The Center for Reproductive Rights has launched the “Draw the Line” campaign, in an effort to deliver a statement to Congress and the president that reproductive rights are fundamental human rights and should be protected as such.
In addition to the “Bill of Reproductive Rights,” which supporters can sign to show their support for women’s health, the Draw the Line website has information about other ways that people can protect reproductive rights. A slew of celebrities, from Kevin Bacon, to Sarah Silverman, to Meryl Streep have also spoken out in support of the campaign – check out their video here, and help spread the word!

Our bodies, our rights, ok think they will ever get it?
Do you support abortion on demand ?
Do you support late term abortions?
Do you support the taxpayers paying for birth control for single young girls who are not indigent?
Do you support distribution of contraceptives to minors without communicating with parents that this is happening?
Thank You
Yes to R. Rodgers. To each and everyone. It’s not your business. And no one is talking about taxpayers paying for BC but I’m still for it. An ounce of prevention is a pound of cure.
Pregnancy carries morbidity and mortality and this is never mentioned in any debate about birth control and abortion. The American Academy of Pediatrics’ motto of “every child a wanted child” would go a long way to eliminating world overpopulation, child abuse and neglect and improving a family’s economic status. If birth control were more widely available we could eliminate many abortions. To those who complain about government money paying for abortion (which it doesn’t by law), many of us regular folk don’t want our tax dollars paying for wars.
Regarding contraception for minors–better than pregnancy which translates to poor outcome for the child-mother and her offspring!
